Position Overview:
As one of our current Physical Therapist Aide prepares to leave for PT school, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of physical therapy, work closely with experienced professionals, and get direct exposure to patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans with patients

• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Help patients with exercises, stretching, and mobility routines as instructed by the therapist

• Provide support and encouragement to patients as they work through their recovery

• Set up and operate therapy equipment as needed

• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, charting, and patient flow

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and supported during their sessions

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, team-oriented attitude—ready to jump in and help wherever needed

• A passion for helping others and an interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patients

• Previous experience in a clinical or therapy setting is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person!
